How do I make an appointment?

Click here to schedule. I’m available for Discovery Calls on the phone and other appointments for in person, on the phone or online both during the week and on the weekend.

How do I buy a Gift Certificate?

You can buy a gift certificate HERE. Gift certificates generate a coupon code that the recipient of the gift enters when they are scheduling.

How do we meet online?

Your appointment confirmation email will contain a link for a Zoom appointment. Click that link at the appointment time to connect with me.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

When you make an appointment, your confirmation email has a link at the bottom of the page to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. If you have any questions please email kea@keacharmak.com.

What happens during an appointment?

My office has a place to sit and a massage table to lay down on. If we meet online or by phone I ask that you find a private, safe, quiet place to meet with me. Please wear comfortable clothing and prepare to take your shoes off.

Each appointment is uniquely tailored to meet you where you are. I’m always exploring ways to support you in receiving shifts to your fullest and most beneficial capacity.

You will be receiving energetic shifts whether we are talking, laughing, crying, lying down, being silent… you get the idea.

How often do I come back?

On average my clients meet with me every other week for a period of time. From there we often transition to once a month and then to as needed.

We want to move forward in a way that allows gentle integration time so often I will muscle test for a neutral answer to the question, when do I come back?

Where is your office located?

I have a cozy little brick and mortar in the Sellwood neighborhood of Portland OR.

Is there parking available?

Free street parking is available. Please give yourself a few to find a spot.

What if I'm late for an appointment?

I have a 15 min. late policy and we end at the originally scheduled time.

Do you bill insurance?

No I don’t.

How to book Transformational Coaching?

After you purchase a package a code will be generated and emailed to you along with a link to schedule your appointments. The package code is included both on the final receipt page after purchasing, and in the email, along with a link to schedule the appointment in both. Clients can enter an email address in the code field instead of needing to have the exact random code, to redeem the package. Just input your code or email address in the coupon/package code box when scheduling.

When a code, or email associated with a package code is used towards an appointment, it will deduct that appointment from the balance of your package. After you have used up all appointments on your code, the code will become invalid.
